Terms and Conditions

1.  Jewishstreet.com will reimburse users who make a purchase from a participating store.  Participating stores are those stores that have a “Yellow Dot” in the top corner of the store.

2.   Rebate amount will be the percentage shown in the “Yellow Dot” of the store from which you made a purchase (“rebate amount”). The rebate will be calculated only on the total amount paid for goods purchased; there will not be a rebate for shipping and tax charges.

3.   In order to qualify for a rebate, your rebate amount must be at least $3 (three U.S dollars).  For example, if you place an order on a participating store, which shows a 15% in the “Yellow Dot” (at the top of the store), you must order goods in the amount of at least $20 in order to qualify for a rebate.

4.  In order to qualify for a rebate, you must enter the Participating Store website from www.jewishstreet.com.  This will allow the Participating Store to record the fact that you have entered their site from Jewishstreet when making a purchase.
 

5    To fax in your rebate, print out a “Rebate Form”, fill in all details and fax to the number at the top of the form together with a receipt showing your purchase (you receive such a receipt from the store from which you made your purchase

 

6.   In order to qualify for your discount, your order, and the origination of the order from JewishStreet must be recorded and confirmed  by  the Participating Store.
 

7.   Once your rebate has been received via fax, we will confirm the purchase with the Participating Store and then send your rebate to you. Please allow up  to six weeks to process your rebate.
